Unlike ordinary pull-up towers that require you to lift your full body weight from the beginning, the FEXPERT Power Assist system uses resistance bands to help support part of your body weight.

This allows you to begin practising assisted chin-ups, progressively build upper-body strength, and work toward your first unassisted chin-up.

1. Why Are Chin-Ups So Difficult for Beginners?

Chin-ups are difficult because they require you to lift most of your body weight using your back, arms and upper-body pulling muscles.

For example, someone weighing 80 kg must overcome a substantial portion of that body weight to complete a chin-up.
